What is Reiki?
Reiki is hands-on natural healing using the universal life force energy. The term originates from the Japanese words “Rei,” meaning universal, and “Ki,” which means guided vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is a gentle energy which was developed by a Japanese man named Mikao Usui in the early 1900s.
Reiki can support self healing by helping people become energetically balanced, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki can help calm anxiety and nervousness and also help clients recover faster from physical injury as it works well with medical treatments and does not interfere with any medications that you may be taking. Reiki can also assist in lowering blood pressure caused by stress as it is very relaxing.
What is Harmonic Vibrational Reiki?
Harmonic Vibrational Reiki is based on traditional Reiki with the enhancement of sound from Tuning forks and singing bowls to add the element of sound vibration and resonance to the Reiki treatment. This often results in a deeper and more profound dynamic to the already powerful Reiki treatment. Every organ and cell in our bodies resonates at a particular frequency by using various harmonic tools in Harmonic Vibrational Reiki we can experience shifts and release on a mental, physical and emotional level

What is Sekhem
Sekem is said to be one of the healing arts practised in Ancient Egypt that uses the elemental energies of Water, Fire, Air and Angelic Light of Spirit.
Sekhem combines the earth energy of Usui Reiki and the elemental energies of Seichem together, creating a powerful and enhanced energy treatment, which works very much in the auric as well as physical body.

Distance Energy Treatments
- Distance healing works on the premise that as I a Reiki master, with your permission, create an energetic connection with you and your energy consciousness. Much like a WiFi or Bluetooth connection. I perform the treatment on you as if you are right before me. Distance treatments are just as effective as hands on treatments, some clients actually prefer them as they can relax in their own bed and sleep without disturbance after the treatment. Sound Bath Sessions
Come and experience the good vibrations and harmonic resonance of Quartz Crystal & Tibetan Singing bowls, Tuning forks, Shamanic drums & more as you lay back and absorb their sounds and peaceful vibrations.
Group sessions are held weekly in Norbury, and on the last Saturday of every month in Crystal Palace.
