  • This Thursday we let go of that which no longer serves us. Lets follow nature and discard stale and dead energies as the tree does its leaves. Its time to SHIFT! Winter solstice approaches, the sun will soon begin to come towards us again ready to feed the meditations and visualisations that we feed during these autumn and winter months💖🤗. Just like certain seeds require a period of cold and darkness in order to germinate, so can we use this season to code our cells ready to germinate visualisations into manifestations💖🤗✨#namaste
